Our smallest room but so very cosy! This room is to the rear of the house, you'll see the pathway to the Canal and a garden view.
Work space
Although this room is small we have tried to fit in everything you'll need for your stay, this handy little space could offer a place to get ready or perhaps to do some work. Plenty of sockets below the shelving.
Tea & Coffee
This room has its own facilities to make a lovely cup of tea or coffee. We will provide you with plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate & fresh milk. Just ask and we'll top you up during your stay.
Private En-suite
We managed to fit a shower, hand-wash sink and toilet into this room for your personal use with a lovely LED mirror too.
Toiletries
All rooms are provided with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash. You will also have Bath sheets and small towels.
Ironing
On the landing directly outside Rooms 3 & 4 you have ironing boards and irons to use and put back so they don't take up valuable space in your room.
